Where: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Orthopedics Research Lab

When: Summer Internship of 2018

Project objectives:

To provide a working prototype for a cost effective and multi-use wound vac
To allow portability of the unit
To create a design that will work with a multitude of container sizes

Directly Responsible for:

Redesigning the cap to be rubber stopper friendly
Replacing the pressure sensor to read out correct pressure

Modifying and debugging the circuitry

Optimizing the air-tight seal design at the container interface
